The registration fee (including students) covers proceedings (CD-ROM only), abstracts, conference program, welcome reception, conference tours, banquet, and refreshment breaks. The fee for the accompanying person covers welcome reception, conference tours, tours for accompanying persons (3 tours including lunch), banquet, and refreshment breaks. In order to entitle the student registration, one must present a proper document to identify himself/herself as a student.

- Credit card
Credit card payment using Visa or MasterCard is accepted. As credit card payments require an original signature, please print out a copy of the completed registration form and mail or fax it to the ICALEPCS 2003 Secretariat Office.

- Bank transfer
Bank transfers should be made in US dollars to the ICALEPCS account as indicated below. Participants are reminded to provide their full name, affiliation, and purpose of payment with all remittances accompanying the registration form. Bank transfers will be accepted only until July 31, 2003. After this date, only on-site registration will be accepted at the conference center. All bank charges for remittance must be borne by the applicants

- Bank drafts
Bank drafts made payable to In Soo Ko (ICALEPCS) and accompanied by the registration form should be sent to the ICALEPCS 2003 Secretariat Office.

Acknowledgement of payment will be made to each participant upon receipt of payment. No confirmation of payment will be sent before payment is received. Participants should bring the payment confirmation letter to the conference registration desk when checking in at the conference.

Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing through mail or fax to the conference chair and received by August 31, 2003. Pre-paid registration fees, less a US $75 processing fee, will be refunded after the conference. Refunds are not possible after September 1, 2003.

The registration desk will be open at the conference site from 16:00 to 21:00 on October 12, the day before the conference begins. We strongly encourage you to register on October 12, to avoid congestion on the first morning of the conference.

A block of rooms has been reserved at the Hotel Hilton, Gyeongju at a conference rate of 121,000 Won per night per room (includes 10% service charge and VAT but no breakfast).

How to make Hotel reservation:

1. Please use the reservation page
2. In Step 2 of the reservation page,choose dates and preferences. Then go to next step.
3. Choose any of the room rate appeared on the screen. Then go to next step.
4. In step 4 for guest information, please fill out all your personal information. Then please specify "ICALEPCS 2003 participant" at the comment text form box located at the bottom of this page. Then click the "book menu" button to make you reservation
5. Hotel will charge you by the ICALEPCS special rate despite of your choice at the previous step.
