Plenary Sessions

 

Invited and contributed papers will be presented in Grand Ballroom, located on the first floor. These sessions start each morning at 08:30 and end at approximately 18:00 from Monday to Thursday, and 12:15 on Friday.

 

Poster Session

 

Two poster sessions are scheduled for Monday and Wednesday afternoons from 14:00 to 15:30 in the Cherry Room, located on the floor B1. Posters will be displayed for two days. Thus they must be mounted in the morning of scheduled sessions, manned at least through a major part of the
dedicated poster session, and removed on 18:00 next day. Conference staff will be available prior to each session to assist authors.

Also, there is a designated space for the poster-demo session. These posters will be displayed from Monday to Thursday, and demos will be taken place with the beam projector and/or other displays.

The size of each poster board is 2 m in width and 1.8 m in height. Floor plan is appeared here.

 

Conference Papers

 

Papers must be submitted on-line through our web site. The final deadline for contributions is at the conference, but contributions should be submitted ahead of the conference. Authors will be asked to provide a hard copy, all source files, and a pdf version of their paper at the conference. Instructions for on-line paper submission can be found at our web site. Contributed papers may be up to 3 pages long and invited papers up to 5 pages. Contributions to the proceedings will be processed during the conference and authors will be informed during the conference of the result.

 

Proceedings Office

 

The conference proceedings will be published on the web shortly after the conference, followed by CD-ROM and hard-copy publications. Contribution will be accepted at the proceedings office in the Pine Room (1F) at the Hotel Hilton, Gyeongju.

 

Terminal Room

 

The Oak Room (1F) of the Hotel Hilton, Gyeongju will serve as our computer room. Approximately 20 computers running Microsoft Windows will be available for use by conference participants. These will be configured with software for accessing and sending e-mail, for Internet use, and for word processing. Additionally, there will be about ten Ethernet ports for connecting notebook computers to the Internet. Printers will also be available. We will provide wireless Ethernet around Grand Ballroom and Cherry Room.

 

Industrial Exhibits

 

An industrial exhibit will be open from Monday 08:30 to Thursday12:30 in Cherry Room. Exhibit booths will be placed inside the poster session hall and, during the breaks, coffee will be served in this area.

 

Abstract Submission is closed

 

Abstract submission can be made through the ICALEPCS conference web site until April 15, 2003. Abstract submission is possible only after you finish the pre-registration through the conference web page.
